Creating My Own Sequential Images: Hide-And-Seek
This is my own sequential photos that I took and inspired by Paradise regained by Duane Michals. When I saw Duane's pictures, an idea flashed across my mind.
As you can see Duane's pictures, the man and women took off their clothes and went back to nature. In contrast, I feel naked when I do not put any makeup on my face and feel uncomfortable rather than feeling free and back to nature. Hence, I tried to indicate these steps how I am getting uncomfortable without any makeup by removing my makeup, dressing in layers of thicker clothes step by step and putting makeup sponges which are one of the makeup tools, trying to hide my self. Focusing on the last picture, I would like to express the zenith of my discomfort by wrapping line light round.
After taken those photos, I figured out there are some sufficient points in terms of invisible stages of removing makeup and having all the same faces. I would like to achieve a better result in my next work without these insufficiencies.
I really do like your images and you have put these together well - very good indeed However you need to discuss here how you shot them and also how you put them together using pixlr or photoshop - what tools did you use? How did you create this? Also you could have added more research here to give this more context.
