Welcome to Debonair mode#

Welcome to my blog. My name is Minju Jeong. I am a Uni student at De Montfort University in Leicester, United Kingdom, and studying fashion design.
I am interested in Fashion design, especially modern, unique style and shapes which have creative details on, with coming from ready-to-wear, couture and avant-garde.

I will begin here by discussing with some catwalk pictures that i have been inspired from.
MSGM s/s collection 2020-10th Anniversary show

According to the article from Vogue magazine, "If you could focus your eyes on the retina-searing, neon-colored, sunlit runway in Milan's Triennale Garden today, you would have seen one of Massimo Giorgetti's best MSGM collections of late. As it marked the 10-year anniversary of the label, Spring 2020 was a collection Giorgetti has been gestating for six months, stripping away the kitschy excess and honing in on his brand DNA. For the first time, he said backstage, he worked without an inspiration, instead reflecting on the best of his decade in fashion." How impressed it is! Because it is nearly impossible for designers to design without any inspirations, even for me as well.

This collection has lots of colours and details into clothes, by using complementary colours. When I design clothes, the most struggling thing is probably the creation of great colour combinations(cloth to cloth and looks to the background), therefore this kinds of colour matches make me enthuse.
Even he spiced up the outfits with highly unique patterns on the pants and created huge ruffles putting on the blouses with blooming ribbons on the waist.
The most remarkable thing in this collection is that they dressed up with white ankle socks and girlish heel, which could not be matched perfectly.
Nevertheless, this point made it more sensible in the collection.

This collection makes me more encourage and suggestive on fashion design.
Furthermore, I am hoping that I will have great senses about using marvelous colour combinations and creating novel and delicate details in my future work as he did.
