Welcome to a New REMOTE Term!

In the new term, I restate to post on the blog for my major project and all the remote and online sessions held every week until the first week of June.

Before starting my new work, I would like to write a reflection about the last project that I had and I am going to discuss what I missed and how I will make it improved in this term.

I designed 4 pieces of lingeries inspired by Marie Antoinette in the last term and used a different medium compared with the first term, not only use digital programmes but also watercolour by hand.

Major project 2 - Dear, Marie Antoinette.

These are the outcomes of major project 2 called Dear, Marie Antoinette.
I think the works released what I expected and also contained the intrinsic features of Marie Antoinette, but I had received feedback from the tutor that I need more development in the next term and I agree with that since I focused too much on making the outcomes so that I forgot to take the pictures of its development.

Power point - Dear Marie Anttoinette.

Furthermore, I spoke that bralette is the most comfortable bra type for most women when I held the presentation about all types of knickers and I realised that this mention was wrong because there are lots of body shapes and especially the bralette has no wire so that this could be uncomfortable for large-sized women. I was thinking only around ladies who have the same size as me and found that I should consider the more different rage of the size of lingeries.

In this term, I will create 4 pieces for 2D and 1 piece for 3D for a set project with the theme - Curious creature. I really look forward to my next project and I will share all the researches and processes in this blog!

  1. Okay you said what you did last term - but where is the critical commentary on this - what did you learn? You said you are doing curious creatures - you next post needs to be research and initial ideas and you should have a final show post as well at this point
