Set project - 3D work process (practice)

For 3D work in this project, I decided to create an embroidery pattern on the brief.

And this process is the practice before the successful outcome since I have never done the manual embroidery before.

With the final design, I will embroider the front pattern.

This is what I have done as practicing the basic skills of embroidery and warm-up.

I found how hard it is to embroider at uniform intervals.

After that, I searched for some examples from Pinterest that I can refer to improve for the final piece.

I discovered that other people attempted to apply the watercolour paints on the fabric before embroidery. And I thought this is a really good idea for my work because I could not find the proper-coloured fabric. Thus, I will apply blue watercolour paint on the white cotton fabric and embroider the pattern that I made.
